The price has gone up due to new management but still pretty reasonable. Plenty of parking. They have a really beautiful ladies bathroom. There is a very strong ciggarette smell from the bar downstairs. There is tons of parking and is on a nice quiet street. Not much to look at but major potential with the right creative person.

This is a great place and very affordable we celebrate an event here on an annual basis and it's always been wonderful
