A fair price for a solid meal. I got the steak wrap and was pleasantly surprised. Good cheap, quick place for lunch.
You cant beat $6 breakfast buffet. Absolutely best spot around.
The food used to be great and cheap, however, the prices went up and buffet quality went down. Not to mention the main cook has a attitude issue. I didn’t mind the price slightly going up as it was still the cheapest in the area, but now they are replacing products with cheaper alternative and worse taste. They recently tried eggs with spinach and feta cheese, it was great but they stopped making it. The sausage links used to be great, but recently I noticed the taste is off. The main buffer cook is very nasty to the customers. Few months ago I remember someone asked him if there is any more eggs with vegetables coming and he gave a nasty response. Recently I asked him if any more sausage links are coming because I seen something frying in the oil, he told me “no more” but I decided to wait and seen they taking them out from the oil. I questioned him why he was lying and he just acted stupid. The cashier and other staff behind the counter are great, that’s the only reason I’m giving it 3 instead of just 1 star.
This place used to have one of the best buffet for breakfast but now they are to skimpy with the selection and started to charge for the coffee if you have less than $3.00 per item. Had $5.70 worth and they tried to charge for the extra coffee. Poor selection of product in the morning and prices have gone up significantly. Will not be going back I guess McDonalds breakfast it will be. So sad used to go here at least 3x a week months ago. Now I remember why I stopped.
Regular morning stop for breakfast. Grill staff nice and get you in and out quickly. Rarely get food from buffet but seems to be nice selection. Catering has been simple and easy to set up even for same day lunches. Quality of lunch sandwiches have been good
Their breakfast buffet is an everyday favorite. All sorts of varieties and did I mention there's BACON! You get a free coffee with any buffet purchase of $3+. The price is extremely fair. Can't go wrong.
Very good breakfast. Prices are reasonable especially for downtown Manhattan Update Fall 2013: Food has become inconsistent. I've gotten stale rolls and bacon that has tasted funny, maybe it was old. Some days they are great, sometimes they are not. I'd rather pay more and get the same thing every time.
I never had a problem coming to this establishment until today. Usually come in for breakfast or lunch buffet and I always pay with my card. Today the women at the register said I can not use my card because it is less than $5.00. I asked her "Where is the sign located so that patrons would know there was a the $5.00 minimum is needed to use ta credit or debit card?" The women just looked at me and stated I need to purchase more items to charge my card. She just kept saying it was a $5.00 dollar minimum. I understand some establishments require a minimum to charge on credit but they make sure customers are aware of their policy. What irritated me the most is that she kept insisting that I purchase more than what I had. Which made no sense... this was the worst case of Poor Customer Service!!!!!!
Usually come in for breakfast buffet and I always pay with my card. Today, I did not buy coffee or a drink and the women at the register said I can not use my card because it is less than $5.00. I informed her the establishment does not have a sign anywhere stating that a $5.00 minimum is needed to use the card. The women just looked at me and stated I need to purchase two items to charge on my card. I asked for management and she refused to call management. I understand some establishments require a minimum to charge on credit but they make sure customers are aware of their policy. Poor customer service especially to someone that comes in everyday.
We use Dante's regularly for events at the office. The staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. Food is of an amazing quality. We usually do breakfast spreads. The bagels are extraordinary and the wide variety of pastries offered leave all in attendance satisfied. Definitely recommend this establishment.
