Daphne's Cleaning Service

Very very poor service. I usually have to spend an hour or two cleaning after they leave. I've seen them use the same cloth on my toilet they do not use the toilet brush I leave for them , on my kitchen counter. The owner doesn't know how to schedule. He has cancelled on me 15/20 minutes after they were do at my home. There is a staff of 2 cleaning people Which call in sick often. Be selective, it is your home. Trust me this cleaning service is poor at best.

They did a great job cleaning, they were very responsive easy to get to on the website and text message. They sent me pictures after the job was done. I had an investment property and they use the lockbox no problem and even knew what investment buyers look for. Paying for job was easy, would highly recommend very professional five stars +++.

I used Amazon Home Services to schedule an appointment with Daphne's they accepted my bid for a specific time and date. This was scheduled several weeks prior to the planned date, with plenty of time for adjustments on either end if needed. The night before they were supposed to arrive, they sent a message stating a completely different time than the one we agreed on. No explanation, no apology, no checking to see if this was an OK time. They were just insisting that they were coming at this new time. I wasn't even going to be home at the time they were trying to come here, so it was a no-go. They proceeded to send me really bizarre texts that didn't make sense. Then they blocked me. So, thanks for wasting my time by accepting a bid for a job you had no intention of completing.

We shopped around for house cleaning service and they were very prompt in coming out and giving us a price. Their price was fair and reasonable. Two people came to the house on time and spent the morning really working. These folks come with everything and do a fine job. Very pleased

The service Daphne's provided was great! We were moving to a new place and needed a move out cleaning they didn't disappoint! They did an excellent deep cleaning and carpet cleaning will use them again!!

Me and my girlfriend use this service when we move in to the new house so they can clean before we move in , after that they come every 2 weeks for a normal service It take about 2 hours or so to clean our home The people are friendly and they love pets
