Darcy came to us highly recommended by our family members she had recently helped find a home. She helped us with every step of our first time home buyer experience. She went above and beyond to assist in our move from Texas to Nevada. We love our home but when we are ready we will be using her services again! Interested in finding a place we can call home in Las Vegas, my wife and I originally contacted Allison Jung from Elite Realty. Allison told us we would be meeting with her partner, Darcy Dauderis, and that we were in great hands. She was right, Darcy is a very professional real estate agent who listened to our specific wants and needs. Since we are from out of town, it was critical to maximize our time visiting houses. My wife and I had very specific requirements and Darcy did not waste our time looking at a property that had no potential. Low and behold, the house we ended up calling our home was in fact not on our original target listing but was on the list that Darcy provided. Going through the purchase process couldn’t have been easier. With her background as an attorney, we felt confident, especially during the final signing. She carefully reviewed the documents with us, ensuring things were correct and making us aware of any discrepancies. Where do I even begin? Darcy has been the absolute best. She first helped me and my husband less than a year ago with our rental property. I was extremely fortunate to get such an accomplished and professional realtor as Darcy Dauderis of Elite Realty. Last November my mother passed away in Las Vegas and I had to settle her estate and sell her home remotely from Los Angeles. Upon the recommendation of an estate sale professional, I listed the house with Darcy and she immediately took complete control of the ENTIRE situation for me. She was friendly, compassionate, and willing to go many extra miles to get the house sold at a good price. During this time, she shepherded me through the entire process and happily handled everything for me on the ground in Las Vegas. Apparently, she is connected and knows everybody in Las Vegas and was able to set me up with exceptional contractors to paint and make improvements, a landscaper to pull weeds and redo the backyard after the HOA came down on me, a plumber, an appraiser that came in with an estimate right at the sale price, and a truly amazing probate attorney that helped me through several legal complications. Darcy staged the house for the sale, swapped out old appliances and replaced them with newer ones at little or in some cases at no cost to me not even sure how she managed to pull off that feat. The house looked almost brand new when it was complete. She was on top of every single detail along the way and always stayed in direct communication with her always kind and cheerful personality. She has enormous energy and was the ideal person to get me through this difficult moment in my life. I never even had to make a trip back to Las Vegas, not even once for the house. She literally handled everything and was so happy to do so. Ultimately, we got a great price on the house, mostly due to her knowledge of the market and how to position the property correctly for the sale. It sold quickly, even during the pandemic with stay at home orders in place. The closing was smooth sailing. I also referred Darcy to my elderly Aunt who is now selling her condominium in Las Vegas to move closer to her daughter. I have no doubt she will do a wonderful job for my aunt and I would recommend her to anyone without reservation. The whole experience was truly as perfect as it could have gone and I’m extremely thankful for Darcy and consider her not only a professional, but also a friend.
