The bus do not pick up and when my husband call the dispacher he say that we where not in front of the hospital office he was lie and we have to way 2 hour and half and my husband is diabetic.He make excuses that was a lie. They have to find more responsable driver.

My mom called days in advance to schedule a pickup for her doctors appointment, she was scheduled to start a new medicine that was only given to her on certain days. Dart gave her a time in which they would show up and never came. Then when we tried to call we were left on hold for more than an hour.

Guess it just sucks to be disabled in Irmo. Called and was told DART doesn't come to Irmo.
