Love dr.Howard but the front desk people are a hot mess sometimes I get hung up on

This place is a JOKE! I was tested for COVID-19 two weeks ago and still have not gotten my test results after being told they would be in 5-7 days from test date. I have called FOUR times and spoke with someone FOUR times and was promised a call back and NO ONE has called back. Management and staff should be ashamed! RIDICULOUS!!!

You can Never get anyone to answer the phones. Thats my only problem Dr. Post has been a Heaven Sent I just love him. But getting them to answer the phones are ridiculous

This place is horrible the doctors are horrible. Don't waste your time.

Have stage four cirrhosis of the liver been trying to get my doctor since last week asked to have a message sent still haven’t heard from her but every time I asked they never do it this is the worst people that work at that front desk this is horrible when some people are really sick, need my doctor doing badly

Worst place ever don't come here, they disrespectful don't appreciate your business, disrespectful security person, counter person, we waited for hour and a half for scheduled appointment ridiculous. Never again!!!

Dr. Howard is very nice , the ladies that work the front desk are usually very , except when someones having a bad day : , and yes , it's almost impossible to have a call answered right away. You gets what youse pays for , and it's much better than no help at all.
