Dave's Final Touch

There's a reason why this place is called Dave's final touch because it'll be the last time your vehicle works right. The 1st thing he'll try to do is scam out of the catalytic converter by saying something is wrong with it. He'll say it probably needs to be changed and he'll replace it with a cheaper version of it so he can sell the original one.Service: Battery

If you need work done on your Prius this is definitely the place to go! Dave knows these cars inside and out. You can tell that Dave is a subject matter expert regarding these cars and he's a straight shooter. I had my battery replaced by Dave and had an error come up 30 days later that he was able to troubleshoot. Ended up replacing the battery as he stands behind his work 100%. If you own a Prius, you should know Dave. I have known Dave since the late 70's. Both of use have been in the car repair industry for more than 35 years. Yes he can be crusty, so can I and that simply is because we are alot older that we used to be! Stop by and talk to Dave, he will spend time with you and discuss your options and guess on the cause, the repair and the cost. His place is not pretty but he has a hundred of old cars and that means thousands of used parts AND he removes and rebuilds the batteries and sells them with a warranty. He has test equipment I have never seen before. He knows your Prius better than anyone I have ever met. I buy batteries from him to put in my Customers cars. Dave does this very well: Cust gives the symptoms Dave quotes check out fee, not to exceed . . . Dave diagnosis problem, bids repair Cust asks if this is a "fix" or "guess" Cust asks for estimate of time until car is done and back in service. Dave fixes car Cust pays for bill with a credit card Cust determines if repair corrected problem IF NOT, Cust gives shop chance to inspect and repair and IF NEEDED an appropriate additional cost both can agree on.

Dave is honest...fair prices...and he always fits me in last minute...I won't take my prius anywhere else anymore...nothing like an honest upfront Mechanic...thank you Dave! It's Jessie J btw lol

If you have an issue with your Toyota Prius Dave's is the ONLY place you should take it. He is honest and trustworthy. I'll never go anywhere else for any of my vehicles.

Honest goes a long way. I only trust Dave to give the best services and most honest prices. I live in Gilbert and will always drive the distance to have my vehicles serviced by Dave. Best mechanic I've ever had.
