I highly recommend Davenport Evans for resolving zoning & other property disputes; including conflicts arising out of new construction on neighboring properties. Davenport Evans recently represented me in a dispute with a number of parties over enforcement of zoning ordinances & related surface storm drainage issues; issues adversely impacting my valuable real property. The legal & technical issues were complicated; requiring considerable research. I was very impressed with Davenport Evan's thoroughness & professionalism. I was treated very respectfully & fairly throughout; the end result being a fair out-of-court settlement.
