I was entirely disappointed in my attempt to work with Mr. Rutledge. To be fair to him, it's likely my inquiry, which was unusual, didn't fall inside his normal operation, which I don't fault him for.
However, after speaking over the phone, Mr. Rutledge invited me to send a list of gear. He offered to review it and respond. Nothing further ever occurred. I sent back several emails and called his store twice, leaving messages, but no response. Even if Mr. Rutledge no longer had any interest, he could've indicated so - returning my messages if even to politely decline. Nobody appreciates being ghosted nor ignored.

I took my broken receiver to his shop for repair. He serviced it within in one day and at no charge.(It was a simply fix) I found the customer service and their professionalism to be outstanding.I would highly recommend Rutledge Audio & Video for anyone looking for some new new equipment.
