Love love love this store! Leslie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel completely comfortable leaving my mother’s wedding dress with her to make a personalized veil for my wedding day.

Today we went in looking for bridesmaids dresses for my daughter and 4 of my nieces and I just want to thank Jessica for her awsome help and great attitude. She was very attentive and patient in helping all of the girl's with their dresses. Thank you Jessica!!

Tina and Leslie were amazing! I was very anxious about finding a dress as my wedding is 2weeks away! I found my dress and Leslie was worked with me to complete a few alterations. They also signed me up for Diamond Membership which allowed for an additional discount to keep me within budget. I can’t say enough about how they made me feel welcome and their customer service was beyond 5 stars! THANK YOU Ladies!!!!!

We ordered a David's Bridal wedding gown and had it shipped to our home in MN. It arrived early and in mint condition. Then we made a fitting appointment at David's Bridal in Sioux Falls to for hemming and a couple other minor alterations. Our seamstress Leslie and her assistants were ultra professional. They know dresses and tailoring inside and out, plus they were polite in answering all of our questions. My daughter's initial fitting and second/final fitting went extremely well, because the staff took time to explain her choices, ask about her ideas and to really listen to what she preferred. Throughout our experience with David's Bridal, I felt like the employees truly wanted my daughter to be in love with her dress. She is, and therefore, so am I bride's Mom. I didn't expect this much care and attention from a retail chain. I am pleasantly surprised with the personal service we received over the past several months. I definitely recommend David's Bridal of Sioux Falls for tailoring, no matter where you purchase your wedding dress.

I had a fantastic experience shopping here. Jessica gave me space while I shopped and decided on what I liked the best. She was always there to help if I had questions though and was very knowledgeable. I enjoyed that the dresses here came in different sizes, so you didn't have to get clamped as you tried them on. I found my dress and it was very affordable too!

I purchased my dress while out of town with family and decided to get it altered where I was living. Leslie at David’s Bridal Alterations was AMAZING! She was very helpful, informative, and easy to talk to. We had to do quite a few alterations on my dress and it turned out AMAZING. She even called the boutique where I purchased the dress to make sure we steamed the fabric correctly. Amazing service all around!!

Amber went out of her way to make us feel welcome, even without an appointment. She walked through both bridesmaid and bridal gowns with us, was incredibly patient and somehow knew just THE dresses to pull. Amazing experience. I would absolutely recommend to anyone -- the absolute best experience I've honestly ever had in the bridal industry! Thank you so much!

Was able to book a last minute appointment online for a same day visit! They didn’t have a stylist available when I arrived so the manager Tina was able to assist us. We were just going to look at dresses on our own but Tina asked what I was looking for. I showed her one picture that I have saved and lo and behold, they sell that dress and she had one available for me to try! It was fate! Dress was exactly what I was looking for and Tina was so patient and kind. She made it a great experience! Can’t wait to go back and try on the actual dress in a month!
