After spending way too long looking at bridesmaids dresses online and having no idea what my size would be, I finally picked up the phone and called the store, and was greeted by a friendly sales associate. She was very helpful in confirming that the dresses I most wanted to try on were in stock in sizes close enough to mine to get a good idea, so I let her know I’d be heading in. I arrived 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday evening, to find the dresses I had requested set aside for me, and got excellent customer service from Breann. Even though the store didn’t have the exact color and dress combo in my size, I was able to try on the right dress, and a similar dress in the right color, and the right size, to order with confidence. I am so excited to receive my dream dress!
I’m so glad I thought of David’s Bridal for my daughter’s First Holy Communion dress! Every part of our experience was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. We came early afternoon of Super Bowl Sunday, so I didn’t know if we’d have an attendant without an appointment, but we lucked out! We were partnered with Kat and she was fantastic! She listened well, helped us find the perfect dress, gave great advice about alterations, helped us find the perfect accessories, set up our alteration appointment, informed us about a great program DB has, and most importantly, made my daughter feel special. Thank you for finding and employing such caring and kind people who helped to make this experience even more special. And an extra special thank you to Kat!
Trish Nguyen has been a great help. She is very friendly and upbeat which makes the dress searching experience so much better! I had an idea what style of dress I wanted so when I described it to her she knew exactly where to look. Thank you so much, Trish!
Just had a great experience buying my wedding dress from this location! The staff was very accommodating throughout my visit. Rachel was my consultant and she was the best! Definitely made the experience memorable, fun, and easy. She helped me pick out a veil and added it to my favorites for me for next time. Even during check out, the staff was helpful and patient. Love my experience here and def recommend coming here to future brides. :
I had a wonderful and easy experience at this location. Rachael was attentive, helpful, patient, and kind! She listened to me when I told her the style I was looking for, and was quick to recommend many options. When we found a dress I was interested in, she looked to find my size and how soon it could get here. I was on an extreme time crunch, and she reassured me we would meet the deadlines. I’m so excited I found the perfect dress! Thank you for such a positive experience.
Please do not trust David's Bridal with your business. I had a terrible experience here due to their deceptive return policy, and the most unhelpful in-store salespeople. I am a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding, and she selected a dress from David's. Unfortunately when I was ready to purchase, I was told by the saleswoman the dress was discontinued, and they did not have the dress in my size 14 in-store or online. But she said it wasn't a problem, and she found a floor-sample dress at full price from another store somewhere else in the country. She was not able to get me a 14, but ordered a size up and said it could be altered. When I purchased, the return policy was never discussed. I read the receipt and assumed that the 7-day return policy would apply once I got the dress. I was wrong. As I waited for my dress to come in, other bridesmaids in my party began to get their floor-sample dresses. Though they were sold to us at full price, they arrived heavily worn and soiled. I became nervous mine would arrive in a similar condition, and so I ordered a 12 through the website, one size down, so I would have a backup. Eighteen days after ordering the 16 in-store, I received it in the mail. It was damaged, with the lace pattern broken and fraying at 4 places on the neckline. Additionally, the size was so large presumably stretched out from frequently being tried on as a sample it was too big to properly alter. I decided to return it and keep the 12. I spoke to the return department online, but they told me I would have to go in to the store to make the return. Four days after receiving the dress, I drove an hour back to the store to return it. A saleswoman Fenni, as well as the manger, Leona told me that I could not return it for a refund. Leona argued that the dress was not damaged, and the broken lace was just a normal part of the dress construction. She told me that if I wanted a refund, I had to bring it in within the 7 days of purchasing. I explained that it is impossible to return a dress I had not yet received. They admitted it was a bad policy, but that there was nothing to be done, and pointed to the receipt. It read: "Return in-store up to 7 days after purchase for refund to original form of payment. Exchange US store purchases at US locations up to 60 days after receiving." I asked whether I might initiate a return on the size 12, and return the 16, but they said that that could not be done. Reluctantly, I accepted store credit. However, I now have a credit card bill for $169 that I cannot pay with a store credit. I have no need of anything more from David's Bridal, and so, I have no need of the credit. I feel deceived, and victimized by bad business practice. I advise anyone in need of a special occasion dress to go anywhere but David's.
I am so happy with my experience here! I am now a loyal customer and will be returning. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted and assisted immediately by the pleasant staff. Abby assisted my daughter and was very genuine in the service. She went above and beyond to help in selecting a prom dress, jewelry and heels to complete her look. I’m so impressed by the exceptional service here that I had to write this review. Don’t waste your time anywhere else! Go to David’s Bridal!
Trish was assisting me with my Bridal dresses and she was extremely patient and friendly.I showed her a couple of dresses that I was looking for, as well as specific details on the dress that I would like to have. She brought out a couple of dresses based on what I suggested, including some other dresses that was similar just to have the look and feel. Trish was very professional and approachable. She makes sure that you are taken care of and that you are looking for the right dress. I managed to purchase 2 dresses after my second visit with the assistance of Trish. Emma then helped with the cashiering and she made sure that I’m signed up for an account in order to qualify for the additional weekend discount that they were offering. Both Trish and Emma understood my urgency, and helped to schedule an appointment for alternations and other needs.
I made two bridal appointments at this David's Bridal and had an enjoyable experience at both! I was able to try on a large variety of dresses and styles during my first appointment with friends and family which helped me narrow down my choices. At my second appointment, Abby was so helpful in finding accessories, belts, and suggested different alterations that I could choose to really help me narrow down my dress to the one I chose! Would recommend booking their free appointments to get the 1:1 time with a stylist and for help with clipping and choosing dresses!
Over great deals and good quality gowns. I found the perfect wedding dress for under $600! The dress I picked out would have easily been around 2k at any other bridal store! My assistants name is Breann in SJ, she was so nice and really helpful… the only thing is that she is a new associate and was a little unfamiliar as to where she could find basic things such as straps or dress extenders… so I think she needs a little more training…. I would also recommend that they offer customers and guest water, at the very least…. Also sample gowns should be more clean as there were stains on many of them…
