Put a hole in my brand new never worn tux shirt…

I dropped off my daughter's band uniform for a cleaning. After it was cleaned and at home she discovered she was given the wrong jacket. The cleaner denies any wrong doing but for reasons I won't go into here they clearly gave her another student's jacket by mistake. Fortunately the two students found each other at school and were able to switch. Having once worked at a cleaners I know a mistake like this happens when garments are not tagged promptly upon arrival. Had the representative I had spoken with been apologetic or offered compensation I would likely forgive the error as a fluke, but the mistake combined with lack of good customer service makes me very hesitant to return.

Changed my stars from 5 to 2. Work is very good but I never know when they are going to be opened. Have gone to pickup items only to find them closed. Aggravating.

I used to work at a cleaners and this was just poor quality of work! I took a shirt in for laundry and when I mentioned that the collar still has the sweat marks the employee got defensive. Refused to redo my shirt. Then explained to me that it is because I sweat a lot. Then when I got home I noticed Davis Cleaners also put a blue pen mark about 2 inches long down the side. I paid $9.00 for a shirt and pants and this is what I got in return. Next time I will read the other reviews before hand.

Brought in 7 shirts, got back 6 $150 shirts. Owner didn't care to address issue...just shrugged it off.

They are fast and do a great job on my business clothes.
