VENDORS:
It's first come first serve, no reservations. Rain or shine, you can show up whenever you want. Some show up as early as 4am.
It’s an open field with orange cones setup to show the spaces.
We have no rentals of any kind.
Its $20 a spot, you get a roughly a 24 foot by 24 foot area and you can park where you sell.
You are responsible for your own set up, ie tables, tents, chairs, and what not as well as you are responsible for cleaning up your area when you leave.
The owner Toby aka "the rent collector" comes around to get the $20.
We are open 4am -4 pm but typically the prime time is between 6am-1pm.
We have a concession stand that offers up all sorts of foods and drinks and there is live music from 9am till noon as well.
Free admission and Free parking for those who aren’t selling.
