Derek and Eddie are nice people to work. They take care of my property really well and very professional. Dawson is our property manager for last 3+ years. My property is maintained and supervised frequently by Derek and Eddie. They always make sure tenants move in and move out is always smooth and seamless.Dawson has huge marketing team to advertise your property and get new tenants on time and also they do thorough background check before any tenant sign in the lease. Any repairs in the property will be taken care by Dawson. They make sure all the cash in and cash out transaction are transparent and well maintained. I’m satisfied with their service. I strongly recommend new investment owners to work with Dawson Property Management.

Derek and Billy Dawson are fantastic. They are careful in choosing tenants, have excellent contacts with local repair companies for "s taying on top" of repair work. are diligent in collecting any rents in delinquency and even make personal calls to empty properties in prepping them for re-renting.
