Bed was decent! Room wasn't great but not too bad! No electricity outlets, so no way to plug anything in. My husband has sleep apnea so he sleeps with a breathing machine...there were no outlets at all around the bed, so we either needed a really long extension cord to go from the bed to the bathroom sink area or him sleep on the floor of the bathroom. I called the front desk and they brought us an extension cord!!! ABSOLUTE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Front desk and casino staff was always super nice & helpful! And security was on top of everything EVEN BEFORE anything could happen!! I felt extremely safe!! Would def recommend!!
This is a great hotel. Very clean and cheap. Of course it is busy. The pool was cold and wonderful. They had places to lay and a hot tub. At night this place is beautiful. There is a restaurant attached. They are also very disability friendly and they had a potty area for my service dogs. A fairly peaceful first night too. Everyone was considerate even when getting in late.
Beware the large surprise deposit. We arrived with a reservation made directly thru Days Inn Wyndam. Not until we were at the reservation desk did we notice a sign stating a $250 refundable deposit was required and that it took 3 to 7 days to show up as refunded after your stay. It was $300 if you paid with cash. And that was returnable after room inspection. The desk clerk, who stayed pleasant, said he could show me where we were told of this on my email reservation. After much searching he could not. So here we were with a fully paid reservation and yet could not stay without paying this deposit. They did not honor what their own paperwork said but did at least easily issue a refund. We are driving a cross country trip and have never paid more than a 50 dollar deposit, Though we travel short trips a lot lately throughout the Southeast, most every hotel or motel requiring a deposit seems new. I can understand when paying cash for a room, but the known deal was always that your card would be charged for damage or theft. It's the principle of the bait and switch tactic that we demanded the refund and left. I can't imagine being a young couple with some kids in tow with a small vacation budget having 250 dollars held up for possibly a week. We've had great stays at Days Inn around the country so this was really disappointing.
I booked my room 1 week in advance or a little before and when I got there they told me they are out of the room I booked. Then there were brown stained pillowcases and a stained mattress. The front desk clerk called the manager Rex and he told her to apologize. I informed her that was not good enough . The staff purposely kept the gross pillowcases that should have been thrown away. No one would want to sleep on those pillowcases! The clerk sent photos of the pillowcases and stained mattress to Rex and he didn’t respond. She tried to call him and he didn’t answer. I sat and waited and he never responded to her and didn’t address any concerns. The lady at the desk was very nice and calm but Rex and the cleaning staff did not help at all. The room also smelled and the halls were super humid and smelled like strong chlorine. I drove 10 hrs just to be greeted with filth!
Gross! Filthy rooms! Don't stay here. I was promised two adjoining rooms as I was traveling with my elderly parents 96 and 91. At first they put me in two rooms upstairs no elevator. Then they separated us, one room up stairs one down stairs. First night I had to clean my own room, change my own linens. Second night they took the entire garbage cans and dirty linen, but did not make the beds, day three after resorting to scolding, they cleaned the room, but didn't leave towels. The carpet was wet! When asked to speak to the general manager, the front desk manager said she was not available and wouldn't give me her name. I dropped $1000 for two rooms in this filth. I was not the only complaining. I never even asked for a discount or refund. They didn't offer to make it right. I figure if people see this post and all the other social media post, they will lose more than $1000. This filth is unacceptable.
My room is dusty and gross. The toilet is covered with pee stains. The complementary wifi doesnt work. The pool is disgusting and hasn't been skimmed in weeks. NO CHILDRENS SHOWS so expect your kids to watch Law & Order.Rooms: 2/5
Nice, clean room. Love that the rooms open up to the outside unlike most hotels in Vegas. I'm a smoker but do not smoke inside and hate rooms that smell like smoke. It makes it more convenient. People were friendly and it was really quiet. Very conveniently located to everything. Would stay again.Rooms: 4/5
This place is nice . The rooms could be little bigger , but as soon as I checked in yesterday I had a problem with my ac and my cable wouldn’t come on. I talked to the nice lady at the front desk. I didn’t get her name but she had a guy right on it my problem was fixed in less then an hour. My second time staying here and I’ll come back !
Paid in full on Expedia but when arrived to check in they said there's $90 room cleaning fee! This was not listed on the sight. Complete BS so we asked to cancel because we got upset but no cancellations so we had to pay the extra charge.
It's alright. It's the cheapest hotel in Vegas near the strip that I've found. However, the room I had had a weird AC. The bed was right in front of it and the curtain was draped right on top. So the room was burning hot for the first few hours until I figured out a way to clear everything away from the AC without over exposing me & my girl.
