First off, BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS. Stayed in room 324 and was eaten alive, HORRIBLE experience still getting red bumps coming up and itching. The man at check in would rather me have gone away than rented a room. The tub didn't drain and they didn't fix it when I asked them to. There's nothing like showering in your own filth. NASTY room, old coffee, sludge and mold in the coffee maker, floor was sticky, light switch plates were REALLY gross, furniture was gray from dirt. In short, the hotel was AWFUL, especially for the amount the asked for. however, in light, the housekeeping staff was VERY nice, even though most of them spoke no english.
Stayed here because of the convenient location, what a disappointment. The carpet in our room looked like it was 40 years old and had lots of stains on it. Room had an unpleasant musty odor. The water in the swimming pool was cloudy looking and dirty.
Didn't stay here, but but was super turned off by no one answering the phone twice. The woman who finally answered the phone seemed short with me, cut me off many times, wasn't friendly at all, and then when we said by to each other clicked the phone down super fast the second after saying good bye. Maybe I'm too sensitive. :D They might be busy, I understand that. I came on here to do a review and after reading all the horrible reviews, I decided to cancel my reservation. I am currently on hold with them while I write this review. I've been waiting at least 5 minutes. I made a reservation with another place, the girl on the phone there admitted she was sick today and was so sweet despite how she was feeling. I gave her a big thank you for how kind she was on the phone.
Old and large weird stains on walls and doors and floor. found someone elses hair on my towel but other then that was ok no roaches or rats phew!
Had great customer service. Older hotel, but clean and staff was very helpful and out going. They even had over night security for the Harley 110th. For the parking lot.
Clean facilities and excellent customer service
