I had to put down my sweet Annabella tonight. They were very kind, understanding, didnt cost me a fortune, and explained everything to me honestly. I will go there again if it is ever needed.
They were awesome when we needed them the most. Awesome staff from the woman who greeted us, to the vets, to the finance people. It was pricey but it is what it is. I was happy to pay it to help my dog. Anything for Gemma. We were grateful they were there.
My dog was able to be treated fairly quickly despite it being busy. The precautions taken for COVID were straightforward and easy to understand.
I unexpectedly had to rush my dog to medvet and she sadly had to be put to sleep. They were very caring and patient through the process, set up the cremation for me and I had her back with me in 2 days. The care bag that they sent with her was very touching and caring. I am thankful for the care that my dog and I both received.
Very sweet people and a fair price. They were able to help us on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend.
This was my first visit and I had a very good experience. The Staff was quick to address our needs and took care of our dog like he was their own. I hope to not have future visits but if I do need to use the service, I know what to expect.
