I have lived here for going on 8 years now and it is a marvelous building in the best location of Manhattan, Battery Park City!!
My husband, daughter, Golden Retriever dog and I have lived in a K unit apartment for the past 5 years. The doormen are courteous, welcoming and look out for the security and well-being of all the tenants. The maintenance crew is exceptional. We really respect and care for everyone on staff. The building is so well managed. And the view of the Hudson from our apartment takes my breath away every day. NYC does not better than this.
Love my home here! Both the building staff and management staff are amazing. Any issues which are very rare are fixed very quickly and properly. Everything is top notch in this building and I look forward to living here for a long time!!
