DC Military Tours

Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with and he customized an entire weekend of events for my boss's military retirement weekend. Tom helped us with transportation, pre event coordination, tour guide expertise and venue access. We had one of the best events that any of us could ever remember! No other place to look other than this wonderful Veteran owned and Veteran operated business!

We took a private tour today of Arlington National Cemetery with Navy veteran Tom Schultz of DC Military Tours. WOW. What we saw, did, and learned with Tom in 3 1/2 hours we NEVER could’ve done on our own. Tom and this tour were phenomenal. It was myself, my husband, and our teen son, who stayed engaged and loved it. HIGHLY recommend DC Military Tours. We will absolutely use Tom when we bring our son back to do DC. Tom was absolutely amazing, completely catered/scheduled our tour based on what we were interested in seeing and weather conditions and had some awesome recommendations along the way. Tom kept it very interesting for the kids by keeping them engaged with age appropriate questions, stories, and interesting facts. He was able to answer all of our completely random questions along the way. Tom’s passion for American History is evident and made it fun for all. Tom also had many awesome suggestions for photo ops along the way, and was able to capture some amazing family pictures for us. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We have toured Washing DC in the past with a major tour company, and I can say we had a 110% better experience with DC Military Tours. Mr. Shultz is a fabulous tour guide. We enjoyed two different tour packages through him. He genuinely cares about what you wish to see and do. Mr. Schultz’s knowledge base is remarkable!

We reviewed a couple companies and settled on this one due to their flexible options and best pricing. Tom our guide was AWESOME! We weren’t sure what to expect but he was great- the tours he provided were top notch every single place we decided to go. He was fun to talk to and knew all the insider scoop stuff to give us the best experience in a short amount of time. Not only did he exceed expectations but he even took the time to help us plan our following day’s activities and give us tips and suggestions. We met us at Arlington, provided ice cold bottled water while he drove us to our destinations in his super clean and comfortable SUV with ease. GET this tour, we did the 6 hour and it was the highlight of our time in DC. You WONT regret it! Thanks so much!
