DC Rental

We used DC Rental through our catering service for our 10/21/23 wedding. Kathleen was wonderful to work with and she ensured we received everything we needed to make our wedding both functional and beautiful. From silverware to linens, we had the perfect fall set up for our northern VA wedding. We definitely recommend using their services for your upcoming wedding or event!

I worked with Jennifer at DC Rentals and it made me want to get married on a monthly basis. She was WONDERFUL to work with and I had such a great experience designing our wedding in six short weeks. She was so flexible working with me on FaceTime since I was on the west coast before my wedding. I had to get 2 chairs here last minute and they were able to help out in the blink of an eye. We even accidentally brought them the wrong chairs back and they politely informed us of the mix up. Everyone was professional and courteous.

Good range of products but Horrible customer service. Either takes forever to return calls and emails or will completely drop the ball in communication. Was about to order all my wedding rentals from them until they completely ignored our two emails after an initial consult.

I rented chairs from this place and I was worried about their quality in terms of wear and tear. But I was assured they were good and that's how they turned out to be. And they can be somewhat flexible in terms of when you want to return the chairs.

Extremely difficult to reach anyone at the office.

This is the worse service I've received in ordering chairs. The sales team is unprofessional and isn't on the same page. The general manager is rude. I would not recommend. Please do not rent from this business.
