this store has a big issuethey charged my credit card 180 dollars for things that I did not buyI only bought a toy from this store about 10 dollars. This is a fraud surely. Now update this problemthe customer service from dd discount website said they can do nothing to solve this problem. And the credit card company declined my dispute and provided the receipt that I didnt buy anything from it. Who will keep a 10 dollars receipt just fear of fraudsI didnt buy a whole shopping cart ugly clothes from this storewell I will dipute againand I will expose their fraud to public as many as I can.

Very low end product. It is organized and clean but everything there makes wallmart looks like a luxury compared to it

My very first visit here and I was greeted upon walking in the store. I found really great deals and I also found the most beautiful poinsettias that were a reasonable price. I am really writing this review about the cashier that checked me out named Chelsea. Her customer service was everything and then some. It is very hard to shop places that has excellent customer service. Chelsea went above and beyond by making sure my mosaic candle holders were properly placed in my bags to avoid breakage. She has the most infectious smile and that’s what I look for when I am hiring employees. I told her too bad she lives so far away, I’d ask her to quit this job and come work for us lol. Another young lady steeped in and said it was only her second day there, and all I could say is “WOW!” Had she not said anything I would have believed she had been there forever. Go Chelsea!!! Keep being YOU because you are a BEAUTIFUL SOUL!

The staff manager and cashiers are extremely ghetto and rude to customers. They yell at customers for the smallest things. They have zero patience and tolerance with the customers. Stupid cashier charged me for an item that I didn't even received. This is by far the nastiest customer service ever! If you like DDs go to the one in morrow, they have better prices, fully stocked and the staff is so friendly.

Great discounts but ALWAYS busy and kids running around unsupervised getting into things so it’s best to get there WEEKDAY otherwise you’ll be standing in a long line forever. It’s pretty junky and noisy but considering how there’s always a lot of people in store, it’s not surprising at all. They did make it a thing recently to tell customers on intercom to supervise their kids and place items in correct locations. My only complaint is that there never seems to be enough cashiers usually ONE so the check out line is a bit slow but it’s worth waiting if you have time to spare considering the bargain you get for their items.It’s basically a cheaper version of Ross.

They got some get bargains with name brand merchandise for a fraction of the cost even with inflation going on you can still save coming to Ollie's.....

Love it here! Awesome products at an unbeatable price. I check in all the time to see what I can find. Never leave empty handed. UPDATE: Went to do some holiday shopping. Associate called manager for assistance. Woman with silver hair came to assist. For a manger she was rude, inconsiderate and impatient. This encounter made me question my loyalty. I have spent thousands of dollars there and she sees me almost everyday. The manner in which she handled the situation was unprofessional.

The store had multiple different items like clothes, shoes, toys, and snacks. It also has electronic items like chargers, speakers and headphones.
