I have nothing good to say about this company. Very unprofessional staff, poor customer service. Did my dealer course with them and I had to email them twice to get my certificate. I decided to give them another chance and use their agent Alexander for my garage liability insurance, worst mistake ever. She took forever with the quote. She was very rude when I was in office I was doing a quote while I was sitting in front of her. Moving along. So I called to pay my insurance and I was told my policy was cancelled. The document that I sent a week in advance that they were supposed to forward to the insurance company was never sent. They could not tell me why it wasn't sent. So I was driving around with no insurance for more than a week because of their negligence. Am still waiting on Sandra to call. Avoid this place. These people could not run. A patty shop. I don't normally do reviews, but I just had to.

DCS offers a professional environment with efficient and knowledgeable staff. They are a one-stop shop for all of our dealer needs, very convenient! Thank you!

I will never use this company again. Although they do assist you in retrieving your license. Unless you are there to pay a bill they are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and you have to chase them to get paper work done after you already paid them. They never return your phone calls or the person you need to speak to is always on lunch. They don't care about you as a customer and I feel like am bothering them when I call to ask a simple question.

I used them for to get my initial license, then for the next four renewals. The first time they were good. The second time, there was a problem with my paid bond. I didn't know this, as they put their mailing address on my license, so I was not aware of anything that was going on. As a result, my license got suspended. As soon as this happened (a DHSMV agent came to my house to have me sign the suspension notice, this was also when I found out), I called the office. The young lady that answered said she would clear it up. A month later (I could not deal cars in that time) I and after a lot of calls, I went to the office in person. The lady that was supposed to be fixing it had actually done nothing in that one month period. Turns out, the bond company had sent them a request for some information, which they never replied to. As a result, the bond was canceled. I barged into the owners office and demanded he fix it, then and there. He did, IN FIVE MINUTES!!! They offered to renew my third year for free, due to the problems earlier. I accepted, and everything went fine that time. The fourth renewal ended up with a suspended license also. This time, they did not get everything in on time (April 30th deadline). As a result, I no longer was licensed, once May 1st rolled around. After about two weeks of calls (they always said they were getting it resolved), I went in person to the DHSMV office at the Malls of America, and get it done in one day, by myself. Since then, I have been doing the renewal myself. It is extremely easy. Takes less then an hour. I have never had a problem, and things go a lot smoother then when DCS did it. One last thing. When my first renewal came around, I had asked if it was better to get a two year renewal as opposed to a one year. They said no. Said it was a waste of money, and didn't save any time. That turned out to be a lie. I've been doing two year renewals since I left them, and not only does it not cost a penny more, but you only have to do everything every other year. Saves a bunch of time. The only thing you have to do is submit your new insurance when it renews. They were obviously lying in order to get more fees.

Very bad Company and and employees too , never used this company to help you in Insurance or Surety bond for the first opportunity he can cancel your policy and loose your money he do it for me in 2 times and I loose it this very bad Company and very bad Manager Mrs. Sandra Perez very bad person you can meet in your live , she no have any respect for customer or here client even you work 10 years with here , she is sick mental I think because she's not pretty looking bad and she not looking like a normal womens so that give here a big problem and she do it bad thing with customer...
