Dealer Service Alternative is hands down the BEST of the BEST!! I completely recommend Alex, Larry Joe and their team!! Before I took my car to Dealer Service Alternative, a different place misdiagnosed my car's (c 300 Mercedes) engine misfire, telling me the engine needed to be opened up to investigate the problem. I ran from that place in Ocala FL. Searched online and found Dealer Service Alternative. Larry Joe and Alex were honest knowledgeable, fair, reasonably priced and friendly. It was refreshing to find good and sincere people who know and work on cars. You will NOT be disappointed when you take your car to Dealer Service Alternative. A STELLAR customer service!! Now days is hard to trust you car to a mechanic. Alex and his team are one of the few where you can go with eye close trusting they will get the job done, the right way and all ways with oem part. They are honest and highly professionals. They took care of my BMW X5, run like a champ after catastrophic engine failure . For all those who owns BMW, Mercedes, Audi etc... THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! For all you car needs .

Alex and his team at Dealer Service Alternative are honest, friendly and very professional. I have a BMW 530i that was going into fail safe mode. Everyone advised me to get a new transmission but DSA people got my car fixed at less than half of what I would have paid for a new or rebuild transmission. Thankful to have such caring family owned businesses and happy to support them. If you have a BMW or Mercedes please don't hesitate to contact them.

Just had my car broke down on my way to the shop. Service was great and they fixed my car in less than an hour I was out with my car working great! Best service and I love the new location in Colonial Dr.

Alex and larry are excellent! Very real and true to their word, I wouldn’t go anywhere else in orlando to have my car checked on.
