I was greeted when I walked in the door. That was a plus! At first I was thinking about just walking out because there was nobody "customers" in the place. I'm glad that I stayed. The food was very good, it did take a little longer to get it but it was worth it. I had the liver & onions with the mac & cheese with yams. I really enjoyed the food. It's nice and clean! The one thing that really makes me want to come back is the friendly owners. The lady that took my order dis a great job!! There was this young man that came in and asked me for some change, she said I can't give you any change, but I will give you something to eat. The young man was so happy!!! He ate his food just like I was and when he was done he told her THANK YOU!!! This kind act alone with the food will have me come in again and again. Keep up the GREAT Work!!!

Very yummy barbecue and mac!! Love their banana pudding. Very good!

Called order in, still had to wait for order upon arrival. Greens had a funny taste to them, dressing was dry and the pepper steak and rice had too many peppers, not enough steak and watery gravy!! The yams were good (thus the two stars) and the mac-n-cheese tasted like it was a day old!! Jesus people! If u gone sell soul food, put sum SOUL in it!!!

Was part of a large group (approx. 12). Service can be improved (lil slow), but was okay for size of group. Food was pretty good.

The best in the Detroit must try if you really enjoyed real soul food. The best Greens all all.
