I called to set up an appointment and on the day set, was a no show and told that the appointment wasn't booked. Poor customer service.

I have used them for over 8 years. Excellant response, great follow through and fair pricing on all Termite Inspections. We even use them in our own home for pest control.

We didnt love that the person on the phone seemed to rushed to answer our questions but we loved the guy who came named Jin. He was respectful and instilled confidence in answering all of our questions.

Honest and good work.
