I work not too far in Kailua and decided to walk to this location to check out some beads. Turns out the place doesn’t have an actual store front. Which is fine but it confused me at first. I called the number listed on Google thinking I’d get a hold of someone expecting to hear that the address is wrong and that this store is actually elsewhere. Instead, it goes to a personal voicemail with the generic message. But I’m really enthusiastic about checking out some cool beads cause I want to get back into making jewelry. So I text the number asking if they’re still in business because I just walked to this address. I was at the very least expecting a response saying they’re sorry they’re not in business anymore or that they’re closed for the day but not even that. Final thoughts: if still in business, who ever is in charge has no regard for perspective clients. If not in business, why have your address and number on Google? Terrible customer service.
All were very helpful and kind. Thankful this is the bead store I chose to visit during my stay in Oahu.
