Deek's Pizza

I order deeks when I want fast and decent tasting pizza. However I order my food at 7:18 tonight and the website said delivery would be between 7:48 and 8:08. At 8:41 I called to get an updated delivery time and was informed by a gentleman that they were extremely busy and short drivers, he said my order would be delivered with 15 minutes. At 9:02 I called again and a young lady answered the phone and was completely disrespectful saying I would get my order when I get it, when I asked for another updated time she threatened to cancel my order. I asked to speak with the manager and she hung up on me. 5 minutes later my food arrived. I ordered an XXL Supreme, a large order of boneless wings and an order of cheese sticks. All the food arrived cold, the pizza definitely wasn't an XXL, the wings had little to no sauce. I've never had a worse experience with deeks.

Ordered 2 pizzas with a coupon that they sent out to us last month. When I called back to question the price the the driver quoted, I was told they weren't able to honor the coupon - he told me "I'd be fired if I honored it". I questioned him on that, too. I paid around $36 + tip for a $25.99 pizza. It's disappointing that they won't honor their own coupons. Not likely to be ordering again, nor recommending them to anyone else.

“New” mobile app doesn’t work. Aside from that, I placed an online order via website and it was confirmed. I included directions and they’ve been to my house several times before. My address is easy to find via GPS or just following the street numbers. It was around supper time so I gave them an hour and finally called. The man who answered the phone was rude and couldn’t possibly care less his delivery driver brought my order back to the store. The delivery driver claimed he couldn’t get anyone at my home but we were home, with the front door open. No one ever came to our house. The delivery driver either didn’t bother to deliver or couldn’t figure out they had the wrong house. No sincere apology, no offer to send the order out, nothing. Won’t be ordering again anytime soon. It’s a shame the damage done because of two bad employees.

My buddy called in a order for a lg 3 topping pizza at 8:26pm on 10-23-22. He specifically ordered a 17.99 special from the ADVERTISING when you first call...there is a recording of the pizzas that are going for a special price, this pizza was supposed to be 17.99 for a 3 topping pizza. The lady that answered had said we don't have that, instead he was charged 19.99 plus a $3 delivery charge, plus tax....came to a total of over $24. First, why doesn't Deek's HONOR what they advertise on the phone when you first call in? Second, the pizza arrived late, and it was the wrong price. Called back 3 times and complained. The last time my buddy called in was around 11:05pm and asked for the general mgrs phone number. My buddy was supposed to get a $15 credit back. We'll see if that happens. I know for myself, I Will NOT be returning to Deeks for a pizza because of this. Also, it's not the customers fault that the recordings on the phone are old and they never change or up-date the prices.

I hate to do this cause I love Deeks. I waited an hour like the app said. Called to see what’s up and turns out my order got voided without me knowing. Currently still waiting for pizza I paid for TWICE and still nothing. No discount when I called. Still made me pay full price after waiting for so long and no apologies. Probably the last time I ever order from Deeks…… lost a lifetime customer here.

After an 1.5 hour wait and being hung up after told I had to wait another hour I went and picked up my order. My pizza was cold in store and was told that's too bad. The staff and kitchen was a mess. Visibly dirty hands and clothes, no aprons, gloves hair nets, or beard nets. In the end I tossed the pizza and bread stick and drank a $30 2lt of pop. Never had a successful order from here and never will order again.

Ordered a special that was for 2 purs n free breadstixks. Received one cold pie 1hour n 20 mins later. Paid 33 dolers for that an a 2 liter. Called to let deeks no. After 20 mins on hold I hung up.

The staff at this store are the true quality ingredient. I called with a gift card question and got a clear answer right away. After I submitted my online order they even called me to ask if I really wanted no sauce on one side and I had mistakenly put on my order. My pizza was a split pain in the butt and they made it perfectly. Can you say that about any chain pizza place? Don't think so. Thanks Deeks!

Ordered all the time in Grand Forks with no issues. Quality of the food here in Fargo is 50/50 you never know what your going to get, or if it will even be in a reasonable time or if it will get canceled without you knowing. This time I get a delivery driver that thinks it’s cool to start talking trash the second I answer the door. I always have my phone on me so don’t accuse me of not answering my phone, and “not paying attention”. When I tell you that you must have had the wrong number. It’s not that hard to find my place, you just don’t know how to use google maps.

One of my favorite places to order pizza! I haven't been disappointed with any of my orders in the last 10 years.
