Angelica, Justin and the team at Definitive Details did an excellent job on my Vette.  The full ceramic coating, window tinting and tail light tinting all look great. Definitive is fantastic. I have had full paint Protection done on 3 vehicles and had countless washes and details as well as tinting on my windows, brake lights, and a matte black wrap on my tailgate emblem. Vehicle always comes out looking Amazing.Services:&nbsp;Scratch removal

Communication could definitely be better. Got my  brand new  2023 Tahoe the most expensive paint protection they had took longer then I was told . Then when they called to tell me it was ready they didn't call from shops number and could bother leaving a voicemail . After I got it back I Noticed some small chips   that I had never seen before them having it . I was told by Justin to contact someone they use and if it was just a few that  they would take care of it . Going forward I contact said person and now they don't have no clue and they never said that. I try in get hold of them to talk about  it left voicemails and no phone call returned after 2 weeks.

Such a great place. I’m so glad I trusted Definitive Detail with my car. They did a great job on my tint! I recommend this place for anyone! I also didn’t have a ride back to my home, and they were able to help me out with transportation! So nice of them. Please get your car done here! My pictures are before and after tint.

This place is amazing!  Contacted them to price out getting my windows tinted. I believe her name was Kristina, was incredibly helpful with that.  Had an appointment 2 days later and it was done within an hour. When I dropped off my vehicle, I asked about adding a strip to my front windshield ,and they were able to add that on without a problem.  I can not say enough HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS!  100% recommend these guys to anyone.  I'll be bringing my daughters car in for next :

This business is first class!  The people were all extremely helpful. We had an emergency interior cleaning that needed attending. Angelica was so accommodating and quickly worked us into their very busy schedule. Superb cleaning for an awful carpet spill!  Justin made sure to give quick service and great recommendations to make sure we were satisfied! Our 2021 GMC Sierra had oxidation and our front bumper was recently repainted.  We had our truck ceramic coated and had plastic wrap on the front bumper put on. Wow, what a difference! Looks like show room condition all over again. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend. Two thumbs up

Staff is incredible ! Got my mustang right with a level 3 paint correct and 9 year ceramic coating ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else !
