About

We believe fitness should be fun and workouts should feel like play. We offer silks, trapeze, circus and other fitness classes to the Salem-Keizer area.

Story

Art classes:
Take Flight: This is where you begin
Basics are taught for the silk and trapeze. Class works from the floor level with apparatuses to teach movements and gain confidence.

Defy:
This class you take basic movements you learned on the ground into the air. You are learning to be safe and in control. We also work on grace, endurance and strength.

Defying Gravity:
This is the tricks class! Learn how to go in and out of tricks, poses and drops. Those basic moves weren’t for nothing!

Defiance:
Aerial silk group that practice together to maintain what we know, link tricks together to create sequences and work together to create new tricks.
Optional performance and teaching at this level.

** Art class placement and advancing is instructor approved. When you join class you will be given the list of abilities you need to capable of doing to advance to next level.

Fitness classes

Definition:
Conditioning class uses apparatuses and creative body moments to gain functional strength. Climbing, Fast twitch training (FTT) included also

Play date: Friday 6:30
You have always been cool, but now that you’re with DEFY you are awesome, I know I have seen you. So it’s your time to show the family and help them try it out for themselves. Friday at 6:30 we turn up the music and let you play.
Bring your partner and up to 2 of your kids for free. (3.00 for addition children after 2 free)
I will be there for warm up and light instruction if needed. Come play!
(members only are free, not available for punch card holders, family of 4 drop in is 20.00, 3.00 for each additional person after 4)



Adventure Race:
You just never know what you will get in this class but you will gain flexibility, adaptability, endurance, strength and over all fitness. If you have ever did an Adventure race such as Warrior Dash this is your class. But you don’t have to be runners to join in or be in great shape to participate just bring an adaptable spirit.
Come spring time races will be posted and all (member or not) can sign up together.

Membership:
2 workout classes a week and 1 art class $60.00 a month
1 workout class a week and1 art $50.00 a month
1 art class a week $40.00 a month
