Alexis was just amazing!! Had a great personality and phenomenal customer service! She also informed us about the membership benefits which will work out great for the summer! Thanks Alexis!!
An accurate rating is between a 3.9-4.3. Pros: Great place. My 2 and 3 year olds really enjoy the place. I have the membership and it’s been beneficial during the winter. Getting them out the house, getting Exercise, and in a climate controlled environment. The staff is friendly and physically present. Cons: -The bathrooms could be cleaned better. - music could be more children friendly @ times. -staff on the floor could have better defined roles and appear happy. Smile I wouldn’t want to dissuade anyone from bringing their kids. It’s not a perfect place, but it’s a great asset for the community. I’ll continue to support.
The staff and management are friendly and accommodating of guests needs. My 4 year old had a blast! There were plenty of options to keep her busy during the 90 minutes of play. The facility is clean and the cafe is stocked with great options! This was our first visit and we look forward to visiting again soon in the future!
Brought my 5 year old grandson and his friend. The space very clean.. especially bathrooms and canteen area . Management or owner seems very involved with young staff, training and guiding them. He gave me two pair of required socks.. impressive. Kids had a great time..highly recommend!!
This place needs closed down now!!! The staff are very disrespectful and aren't working. We went with a special needs kid and they were getting on him, but no one else. Over 5 kids were skipping him in line and giving him nasty looks and jumping on the trampoline at the same time. 1 person was injured including it was a super trampoline!!! They were looking at there phones the entire time and parents are parenting either. This is the worst place in the entire universe I have been to and never had anything like this happen!!!This place needs closed down now!!! The staff are very disrespectful and aren't working. Very unpleasant experience. The music playing relatively loudly throughout the venue was clearly only being played to keep the staff happy. Very unpleasant and very inappropriate lyrics for ages 10 & under, and that's being kind. I like most every type of genre except very hard rock, but this was annoying, had almost no rhythm, and there was nothing energetic about the monotonous beat and lyrics. I understand music is personal and during COVID times that it's somewhat important to keep the staff happy, but there are SEVERAL other musical genre options that are more family-friendly, appropriate and that wouldn't alienate a significant portion of the clientele.
My grandchildren LOVE this place! Celebrated my great granddaughter's 4th birthday a few weeks ago, there. All of the children had a ball. The 2 attendants helping in the party room were very nice. They made sure that we had everything we needed.
Had a great experience this morning with my three boys. They had a blast jumping off energy, and James was super helpful. Also appreciated how focused James was on making sure the jumping/flipping/age rules were enforced at all times. Makes me feel more at ease going there, especially with my youngest child.
Absolutely horrible place to have a birthday party for your child. The staff is very hands off even when you ask them for assistance. The room that was reserved was DIRTY! Floors were filthy. The chairs still had juice stains from previous party. I asked a member of staff to change the name on the chalk board to display our child’s name since a different name was there. His reply was “oh I will see, I don’t know when the last time the name was changed.” Of course it was never changed and he never came back to ask if we needed anything. We had to serve our guest plates. When we were first greeted I asked the staff member if we had to serve our plates. He said “ I can or you can, but it’s up to you.” I clearly told him I would like for him to do it and he said “ok”. You would think it would’ve been explained during the booking that you should rehearse with your family the flow of the party because they’re not going to assist with anything. This place is strictly for going to if you want your child to burn off energy, but DO NOT book for a party. I was so embarrassed that I said we have to do a do over for our child. Definitely not at this establishment.
We had never been to one of these places before, so for our vacation, we decided to make this one of our stops. I am not a kid anymore, so my energy ran out. It was fun though. Ok price for the time you get. Options of what you can play on was decent, though I was hoping for more. The pits of foam cubes you fall into are very hard to get out of. Overall, good experience but I would probably look at a different one if we decide to go to one again. I don't know if it would be better, but it's one of those things you shop around for to see which one you like the best.
