I don’t know how this cab company is still in business…smh. They are extremely unprofessional and NEVER have cars. I’ve lived on Staten Island for about 4 yrs now and literally Everytime I’ve called, they have NO cars and the dispatch hangs up on ppl when they ask where their car is. If you are going to operate as a car service, just be professional! Save your time and your money just book a Uber or Lyft if u have the app or call clove lake! They are NOT RELIABLE WHATSOEVER! Not hating on them either this is 100% what it is!

It's been a staple in our community  for many decades.   Always have available cars all times throughout the day and Night.  Only down fall of this place is the riff raff that hang in front of the block, making you not want to stop in for service

If I could give zero stars I would. I called for a pricing and said I would call back when I called back for the cab he said “NO” this is not how you run a Business. They want to make money but their feelings got involved. Their terrible no sense of customer service !!!!!!!

Always have available cars once you call them. Different from other car service agencies; they always come. Have used them for years in Staten Island.

I love they energy but  the cars are so nasty looking .. great service great ppl nasty stinky cars

Let me start off by saying this is a horrible cab service. The dispatcher is a chain-smoker who constantly smokes in the booth which is an in-store place that has multiple people loitering in front. I have stood there and ask for cab, the man told me the cab will be there in 5 minutes...45 minutes later in my SpongeBob narrator voice I was still standing there waiting for a cab I was absolutely late to where I had to be. I have recently called this place when I didn't have any other choice because I had just got off of work at 5:30 in the morning I was trying to make it to the boat I don't understand how they didn't have any cars in the area when you are located a couple of blocks away from the ferry. I do not recommend this service at all they will overcharge you, they will be rude,  and you will be late!!

The cabs are dirty, sometimes they smell like cigarettes.  The customer service is horrible!! They lie about your wait time.

Called them for a short ride. My car left after waiting only 3 minutes for me and when i called back they didn’t even want to work with me. they simply kept saying i don’t know what to do and was unwilling to send another car or have the previous car come back. On Apple Maps this business is to be considered permanently closed so maybe stay that way?… :DService:&nbsp;Limousines

These cabs need a deep cleaning. They smell horrible and they have the nerve to go up on prices at night

Never have cars to pick u up unless your on the North shore so they are not always convient Especially if ur at the mall and work late... so they loose alotta service with good clients.
