DEL Studio Architects is a small Architectural firm located in the Washington, DC/Baltimore Metropolitan region. As a small firm-we provide a "hands on" studio approach where the Principal and staff team members guide all of our clients through the steps necessary to create new space or renovate existing space for Commercial, Residential and Institutional clients. It is important to invest and commit ourselves appropriately in the design and problem solving stages of a project in order to understand our clients' goals and objectives. We focus on a high level of communication and accountability in order to bring about good design and good value in meeting our clients' goals.
