I came in last week and they completely botched my order and did not give me a receipt. I called the manager the same night and was told that they put my name in there book and I could have my order replaced. Fast forward I came in to get my order and was told I was a liar because “it was too much food “ she pretended to call the GM and claimed the GM told her no but that I could come back in the morning to talk to her when I asked for the corporate number she refused and told me go look it up online.
Worst, most poorly managed/operated Del Taco location in all of Henderson. 8pm on a Friday, people eating in the dining room but the door is locked and no one comes to open it? Hours say dining room is open til 10pm sooooo? Horrible service. Firehouse Subs across the parking lot was wonderful though.
I love that this place is open late! Customer service is really good order comes out super fast food tastes fresh. Never had any problems coming to this place people are always really friendly.
This is honestly the best Del taco I have ever been to they seemed quite busy when I arrived but they were more than helpful when they finally attended me. I was using the drive-through service and Tommy is the one who came to help me and provided me with outstanding service he is the reason why I will definitely be coming back here again thank you so much for making the wait Time seem more bearable with your immaculate customer service. I highly recommend this Dell taco to anyone who is craving a late night grub. Or even if you order mobile service!
The fries were old they were cold and hard my 19 ninth old didn't like them. I got 2 del taco's hardly any meat I kept having a mouth full of cheese
Good food, almost always fresh. On the occasion they have forgotten an item, but the staff are quick to rectify the mistake. Parking can be a bit of a pain, but the quick service, and fresh food will make up for it.
This location used to be the best in the area! 6 months ago there was a major staffing change and its been downhill since. Long waits, cold food and no care from the employees. Used to be go to late night, now is a Never return. Well done fries were a mix of not fully cooked, regular cooked and old crunchy burned fries. Waited 15 minutes for 2 cars ahead of us annd bacon cheeseburger looked like someone put a spoonful of backon bits on it. TERRIBE experience.
Very poor service at this location. When i arrived in the drive thru I was greeted unprofessionally by "Can you hold on" and "Go Ahead". The drive thru time was extremely long and I just order 2 drinks. I would've got the employees name but she was not wearing a badge, so I couldn't I identify her. All employees should be wearing name tags. Also there was so much Ice in my drink its was unbelievable finished it quickly. These issues need to be fixed
On the website it claims dell taco is open 24 hours however when you go there the lights on but nobody replies! They need to clarify if they are open 24 hours or if they close and let the customers know! Sometimes they are open and sometimes they are not that is no way to run a business!
