Del Taco

this place is quite ghetto. plus, the grill is apparently always being cleaned. their tables are also dirty/feel sticky. sometimes the workers here have an attitude, which is a mood killer. i recommend everyone to just go to the del taco on eastern cause the morning workers are so much better.

Worst Del Taco I've ever been to. I ordered tacos and they forgot to put in lettuce. Therec was hardly any cheese or meat. Del Taco quality has gone down since they were bought out by Jack in the Box. I rarely go to Del Taco anymore. Go to Faustos tacos.. they sell $1 tacos on Tuesdays that are top quality and filled up. I have a photo to show how terrible this Taco is... but I'm not seeing a way to post this picture.

Stopped there on way back from the airport. The order was accurate, except for the temperature/quality. The fries were cold, the tortillas on our burritos were cold, the insides were cold, and the fries inside my "epic" burrito were stale. It was late, and we were miles away before we realized how bad it was. What a waste of money.Food: 2/5

First time ordering from Del Taco... I figured, why not as it's just around the corner from where I'm currently residing...It is what I expected and that's ok...I wasn't fooling myself...So, I pulled up and the lady who took my order at the drive thru, Melissa was who made it pleasant experience...She was patient, clear in her speaking and offered up some suggestions for me...She is the type of employee that should be invested in...Upon pulling up to the window I observed everyone I could see practicing Covid-19 safety, i.e gloves, mask...After paying I was pleased to find that my order was correct...Prices were avg for this type of food/restaurant in the area...I tried a little bit of this and a little bit of that... The taste was ok and at least I know I won't be starving...Following are some pics of what was ordered...Oh, I will say that their french fries, which are crinkle cut, were awesome...

Very poor customer service at this location. I use to live up the street from this location. Inside of the restaurant, the side of the register was Order and the other side was Pickup. So I placed an order online and checked in using the app. When I arrived inside of the restaurant, I went to the opposite side of the register waiting patiently to inform someone that I'm picking up an online order that I placed. The guy at the register name Lewis asked me if I was picking up, I said yes, he said "You have to let me know" I said "That's why I'm standing here to let someone know." He said condescendingly pointing at the sign. "Well the line starts here for ok online pickup and delivery" I haven't been there for a few years now and I was unaware of the change. That's it how things were done previously.

Dirtiest del taco I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in some nasty ones. Lots of dirty tables, a large pool of water on the ground in front of the bathrooms that stayed there the entire time we ate there. Not one person came out to clean it up. They did bother to put a wet floor sign out but left the puddle. Would give it zero stars if I could. Just bad all the way around, asked for mild sauce and was told they were out. The male working the drive through tonight is the only reason I’m giving even one start he was great and polite. I tried to order chk tenders for my son he politely told me they were out of them then I ordered a quesadilla next no issues then I went to order the chicken tacos not realizing oh yeah they’re out of the chicken tenders they won’t have the tacos and a lady interrupted yelling throwing so much attitude about we try and order the chicken again so I left your drive-through canceling my order .. 9:05pm

this place needs to make better TACOS!!.. Every time I'm there the tacos are smashed flat and a mess when unraveled..I stopped going here..Needs IMPROVEING TACOS BETTER!!Food: 1/5

This del taco was extremely busy . They had one person working the register taking orders then helping serve the food in between taking orders. She did a great job wasn't that bad of a wait for your order.

Took way too long to get waited on. Same person working the window had to work the inside business as well. Food was good but long wait.
