The waiters are stunning but slow, they don’t know the menu. A bottle of the cheapest water cost $8 dollars and the food is not healthy, only fried stuff. My receipt included stuff we didn’t order and the non-cash fee should be illegal.

This place is famous on the street for good looking girls, bad services and money laundering. Ohh, good DJ once in a while -

I visited this place to celebrate my sister's birthday. As soon as we walked in we were met with an attitude and disregard by the staff and the owner. we were asked to change our seats because we were occupying a larger table even though there were no other people who could've taken the spot. we ordered the drinks, they took a long time to bring them back due to change of staff. Everyone was very rude and dismissive. It was about midnight when we decided to get up and dance to the music, even though we are not of Spanish decent, we enjoy the music and culture. we wanted to have fun and dance the night out! the owner stopped us and told us that they had to mop the floor at midnight. We immediately paid the bill and went somewhere else where we were met with a great service.

I was here two weeks ago and had a unpleasant experience! Please avoid this place unless your looking to be scammed and disappointed. Our server Jessica was pretty but clueless! I ordered a passion fruit mojito and was given the incorrect drink so I sent it back she gives me an attitude but changes it. Drink was decent This place claims to be a "restaurant" but their menu is small. Basically bar food which I normally wouldn't mind. So I ordered a steak sandwich with NO CHEESE as I am lactose intolerant. I repeated this multiple times to her and she verbally confirmed she understood my order. When my order comes back my sandwich has cheese! Right away I notice and don't take it from her because I can clearly see the cheese which I repeatedly said I didn't want. I told her I said no cheese she claims she told the chef and the sandwiches are pre-made and can't be made with out cheese. At this moment I am upset as to why she failed to mention this when the order was placed. I told her to take it back because I was unhappy and I was not paying for an incorrect order that can't be fixed. She said she couldn't take it off the bill. At this point I was very upset so I asked to speak to the manager because she was not bright or helpful. Horrible Customer Service! She then proceeds to tell me no one is there to help me. Mind you, I had the manager or owner sitting next to me 2 mins ago. The chef eventually came out and was very polite. He tells me Jessica didn't tell him to make the sandwich without cheese, figures. He offered to make me something different without cheese but I was just upset and did not want to be there any longer. Eventually the manager/owner that "wasn't there" came to hear me out and removed the sandwich off the bill! Horrible Saturday Night!

After round of drinks, they couldn't give me a cup of ice and water. Charged me instead a water bottle??? Things like water in a cup should be free. Not coming back. Cheapos!

Nice vibe, good drinks just a tad bit pricey for queens, there not in Manhattan. Other than that beautiful women, but if your not Spanish fo•get•aboutit! Heavy in latino music. I would like to hear them play more commercial music so everyone can rock out! Not just my Latin Kings and Queens! But, over all this spot is happening! I'll going back!

I like this place because the dj is always pretty good. The staff is nice and the coronas are always cold which is a plus. This place always has people dancing and having a good time.

HORRIBLE PLACE!! Do not go to this place!! The club scene is horrible and smells like drugs...and a lot of teenagers. I dont even know how they let them in...if could give no stars and still write a review I would but had to give one star . This place is full of gamins,gamines.
