Fantastic service. They care deeply about our environment, the local economy, and quality items. Ask about their rewards program. Some prices may seem high bit my wife and I notice that we are better about how much we eat of a certain item and how often which has made us more intentional about our habits. We also know we are investing in the local economy, esp. local farmers and are getting back high quality products (pasture raises hens eggs, grass fed beef, etc etc).

You can find the best yogurt and the best holy cow cheese here. Also many different spices which is really convenient. I am glad there's a store like that in Wilmington. The folks are very nice and they use square!

I am so lucky to live within walking distance of this little gem. Karen and Sheila have done wonders with their local grocery store in the perfect location. The ever growing offerings at this store include local and fresh produce, local dairy, local meats with the goal of sourcing them from farmers/producers that use the most ethically/socially responsible and humane practices. Local/handmade goodies like soaps and small gifts, baked goods are offered up as well. Every time I go in there are new exciting products that support our local farmers and businesses. This is exactly what a local small business should be. I absolutely love to support the notion of sourcing locally whenever possible. Definitely stop in, everyone there is happy to help you and answer any questions about their offerings!
