Story

Founded in 1873, the Delaware SPCA is the oldest animal welfare agency in the state of Delaware. Located in Stanton, we offer low-cost vaccine clinics, wellness visits and spay/neuter services.

Adoptable pets will be available at the shelter by the end of the summer. Our shelter is No-Kill.

Mission

The mission of the DE SPCA is to enhance the well-being of companion animals with their human care-givers and communities. We will promote the humane treatment of animals by providing adoption opportunities, low-cost veterinary services, and educational programs.
