This storage facility is FANTASTIC. As an introvert, it is a dream come true. The 100% online rental/booking process is so convenient. You don't have to see anyone, talk to anyone, or wait in any lines. The access hours are so convenient that even I, with a crazy schedule, can make them work. The units are climate controlled and secure. I would 100% recommend Delco as a place to store your overflow :

Its an ok place for a storage place. New owners seems to cleanup the place. However, it's definitely not a place to go late at night. The bar next door takes up almost all the parking. People are getting high right in the parking lot. I recommend the new owners to in force the posted "Your vehicle will be towed". Or invest in a park lot gate.
I had the pleasure of meeting Cheryl this year! She is a wonderful and caring person. She was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. She is a BIG Asset to the new owners! Keep up the good work!
Love DelCo Storages. Smooth process moving in!! They had a fresh lock for me in my unit. It made me really appreciate the little things. Highly recommend this place for your storage needs
I am so happy with my experience at Delco Storage and the manager, Anthony. I finally got all of my clutter out of my apartment and into my own storage unit that was clean and had lots of lighting. The location is close, has easy access points, a secure key code and the facility is very clean.
Fairly new customer and having a great experience so far. Cheryl is the best! The support team has been very responsive even after hours.
Do not rent from this place. The owners are very rude. They raised the rent without any proper notice. I had a brand new couch in my unit and it is now completely covered in mold. When I tried to discuss my issue with the owners I was just met with yelling with no resolution. Save your money do not rent from them.
Writing this review from my sister’s email account. I’ve been a customer with this facility for roughly a year. I continued to patronize this facility because of its convenience in relation to my home and I’m an event planner. The owner/operator is rude. Since being a customer I’ve had ants in my unit and had to purchase bombs and traps to rid my unit of the insects. Once, in preparation for a wedding, I used the elevator lift to get my items from the top floor and the elevator got stuck and I had to wait an hour and a half for the owner to come and reset the elevator for me to grab my belongings. Another time unloading from an event the elevator was broken... yet again, and I had to lug pipe and drapes, glassware and heavy bins up two flights of steps and a long hallway. ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU GET RECEIPTS FOR PAYMENTS. NEVER DROP OFF PAYMENTS. HAND TO HAND ONLY. On two different occasion I was accused of not paying. Once I paid electronically and I actually had proof on my bank statement. Second time I dropped off in the mail slot. There’s a camera directly outside of the drop off location. The payment allegedly wasn’t received. This place isn’t the cheapest and certainly not the friendliest nor the cleanest. I rented here because of the many positive reviews and the location in proximity to my home. It’s very clear this company is under new management. Stephanie is horrible! She’s is a trash person and as a result will lose many customers. Most definitely would rather give my money to another, more hospitable, honest company. Will be moving my belongings ASAP! DO NOT RENT HERE.
Came from out of town last minute and needed a unit. They were very accommodating and helpful. I was able to sign up and within the same hour move my stuff in. Highly recommend!!!
