They cleaned my rug but destroyed the fringe. It has been breaking off ever since. I didn't call right away because I didn't realize it was damaged. The owner came out and then offered to find some fringe to see over top. Then he never got back with me.

They have taken many rugs that I thought were ruined because of condition or smell and made them look like new. Total professional and super skilled in rug repairs and washing. Their equipment is some of the best I've ever seen.
