Welcome To The Delta Academy!

The Delta Academy is a fully accredited, tuition-free public charter school educating students’ grades 6 - 12. The mission of The Delta Academy is to provide a safe and nurturing instructional environment in which students from various backgrounds expand their knowledge base to fulfill academic and personal goals through differentiated instruction and reinforcement of positive character traits. The Delta Academy is the only school in Clark County offering four educational models to meet the needs and goals of students.


Choose from one of the four educational models:

TRADITIONAL MODEL
- Educating students grades 6 - 12
- Small class sizes (15:1 student-to-teacher ratio)
- Four day class schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30AM - 4:00PM (2015-2016 school year)
- Individualized instruction by dedicated licensed teachers
- College and career education track available


ONLINE MODEL
- Allows the flexibility to complete coursework anywhere at anytime
- 3,000 square foot tech lounge inside the main school building
- Weekly scheduled meetings and tutoring with licensed teachers
- Licensed teachers available for face-to-face instruction
- College and career education track available


HYBRID MODEL
- Allows the flexibility of taking both online and traditional classes
- School schedule designed specifically for the needs of the student
- Weekly scheduled meetings and tutoring with licensed teachers
- College and career education track available
- Tutoring and mentorship programs



VOCATIONAL MODEL (STEP UP PROGRAM)
- Students can earn college credit and take up to two free classes a semester at College of Southern Nevada
- Classes can focused towards an Associate Degree or a Vocational Program in Culinary, IT, Medical, Automotive and many others
- Step Up is for Juniors and Seniors only
