Delta Air Lines

I am on hold waiting to ask why, without telling me, they changed my flight. I was scheduled to go from Omaha, to Atlanta, to Paris, to Naples. When I went to check my flight schedule they had rebooked me to go from Omaha, to Atlanta, to JFK, to Paris, to Naples. The real kicker is that I only have 38 minutes in Atlanta to catch my plane to JFK. Who did that??? I am 74 years old!!

Did not help accommodate anything. Was on the phone for 12+ hours waiting for a single person to pick up, and told them I would be traveling with a 25 pound dog, they said that should be fine. We got the smallest kennel that he could naturally fit in, and then the day of, they said he was too big. Rescheduled and waited alllllll night on the phone, to get a call at 10 am through and they said that he was too big and was not offering any sort of response. They said they couldn’t ship dogs right now because of an “embargo” but I was going in the states and an embargo would be if I was flying internationally This whole experience has left me frustrated and I will not be going with this airline again.

Horrible experience... booked a 7:30 am flight for a family of 5 months ago and paid extra to lock in assigned seats so we could sit WITH our 3 kids ages preschool to 3rd grade and Delta elected to reassign us to a completely different flight 1 week before we leave with a 5:20 AM departure three small kids @ the airport at 3:00 AM??? and now with an extended layover, split us up from our kids on the 5:20 AM flight, never communicated what they were doing and now both my wife and I have been on hold both via phone and chat for hours without talking to a human thus far. Ridiculous.

Spoke with a gentleman named Matthew, he was so patient and nice we were on the phone for an hour and half booking for 11 people, cause its impossible on the website. Very friendly, and will try to book again with him! Glad the customer service was amazing

Excellent flight. Customer service. Nice to fly again in a clean environment. Everyone was wearing their mask. Direct flight to Atlanta was smooth as can be.

Gate A2 agents for 6:45pm flight OMA to ATL were AWESOME!!!!

I obtained a reasonably priced airline ticket going from Omaha, NE to Boise, ID then driving a rental at that point, onto my destination: Yellowstone/Grand Teton NP's.

Terrible experience and hope to never use them again. I'll never understand why rudeness is even a thing or used as some superior thing to customers.

Surly staff. Not very organized and some borderline incompetent. One of the worst experiences Ive had flying

They changed our seats from a window to middle three in a two aisle plane. Otherwise okay.
