I am getting cheated on my inner circle prize redemption. 
I went to the st Catharine's delta bingo for the 1pm session  as I had 100 points.
I am entitled to a free 2 strip book which would cover all the games in a session.
Instead I am told that I only get 2 cards for the 4 games in 1 block.
What a rip-off!!!
I always was treated fairly at the Delta Bingo in Niagara Falls but this one in St Catharine's needs better management

Losing sucks, no matter how enthusiastic the bingo ball caller sounds, make sure to leave ur smiles at home cuz these bingo players are serious about their game! The challenge is not to get too excited and call bingo too early... Or ur ass will get dabbed!!!

Just called to ask a few questions because I've never been and the guy I had on the phone was VERY rude and just wanted to get off the phone well buddy if your reading this if you hate your job so much find a new one!!!!
Not impressed and still have absolutly no info
