Delta Collision & Auto Repr

This is the second time our Mercedes went in for body/paint work. I must say the service and work is amazing. Car looks new again. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Geoff and Minerva are very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Delta to anyone looking for top notch body and paint work.

Hit a deer going pretty fast on the highway. I’ll let the before and after photos speak for themselves. Repairs took about a week longer than expected 1 month total, but it was worth the wait and I’m so glad I chose this shop through Geico. Got the car back in great condition, cleaner, and better than when I left it. Hard to tell from photos but the paint match is perfect, and so grateful for the bonus touch-up bottle. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you guys! Really great work

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Helped me understand the process, handled the car rental drop off and pick up. Called me with status and updates. I’ve been to shops where it felt like they were doing you a favor by fixing your car but I felt like they were truly grateful for the business. Very professional. I have used Delta three different times. They are easy to deal with. They are reliable and do excellent work. I have never spent more than 30 minutes with the intake process. The rental car service on site is very convenient. Minerva , at the front desk is very helpful and professional. Phil , the owner, made sure I was taken care of. All aspects of service are wonderful! First time using Delta. The process for the most part was smooth. Staff was friendly and for the most part helpful and informative. They kept you updated throughout. The only problem I had was when I picked up the car. Nobody from delta came with me to explain what went on with the car during the repair process..I didn't need to know every specific detail but a quick rundown from a staff member would of been nice. I chose Delta Collision based on my insurance carrier’s recommendation. They did exceptional work on my rear end repair and identified a charging system issue caused by the impact. They took care of that too. The staff is pleasant, professional and responsive, especially the office manager Minerva. They took care of everything with the insurance adjuster, and I appreciated the convenience of leaving the rental at their facility when I picked up my car. A 10+ experience from the outset. I was given an appointment to bring my car in for an estimate at my convenience. All staff members were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and professional. The gentleman who inspected my vehicle pointed out that there was a small crack in the bumper, which would necessitate replacing it rather than just repairing and painting. Since the parts were not immediately available and my car was drivable, they took care of cancelling the rental car. They did an excellent job on the repair all around, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them.Services: Body & Trim
