My orthodontist filed a claim over 10 months ago and they still have not paid. Worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company.
Paying for the premier benefits and only AFTER I get a procedure done does Delta Dental tell me that I can't have any procedures for a YEAR after first signing up with them... A YEAR. What a scam.
