Small, but very nice for the size. They had a full bar, plenty of seating, nice restrooms, Starbucks Coffee Bar and a small but quality buffet. 2 hot soups including New England Clam Chowder. A few sandwiches and wrap options, fruit, veggie and chicken salad and 2 hot dishes.
Breakfast is back to normal with some addition cold and hot items. Be sure to ask for Carol as she is so friendly. The egg bites reminds me of Starbucks. Lots of fresh fruit too! Loved the raspberries and coffee. This is the best club for a domestic airline.
Great Delta Sky Club Lounge in Boston right after you clear security and super close to the gates, very convenient. Very nice to have both the elevator and stairs option. Pretty crowded when we we came in last Sunday between 3:30-4:30 PM but seems clean and organized. Food was just okay but having that delicious clam chowder really puts a nice local touch. Bar was pretty small but their bartender Luis, was quite nice. House prosecco was good. Overall a good place to wait before your Delta flight. Just hope your flight isn't delayed, which were for our flight back to JFK. But other than that, no complaints and I'd be happy to come back anytime we're flying from Boston.
Pretty good lounge. Way better than some other airlines. Workers are friendly and helpful. Food was fresh during less busy hours so it should be even better when it’s busy due to higher turnover.
Greeted by friendly staff at the desk. Great apps and drink selections. Glad buffet is back. The lady that’s in charge of overseeing the buffet area wasn’t very friendly. She didn’t care if her cart hits anybody. She never apologized or excused herself. She picked a tortilla chip that fell on another bowl with her gloved hand that she’s been using to clean the counter and push her cart.
Michael at the reception desk and Kevin the bartender were absolute studs. I like not having all the foot traffic everywhere and people bumping into you in the terminal. It was a nice and relaxing experience. Now, with the American Express Platinum Card, the cardholder gets complimentary access, the second guest pays $39. So, if you have someone you travel with a lot, get the additional card for $175 annual fee, IF YOU TRAVEL ALOT, so both can be complimentary access. The food was fresh, drinks are included, unless you want top shelf alcohol, that is NOT INCLUDED and have to pay additional. Wifi was good, you had club attendants cleaning the area. Boston had clam chowder soup and Lobster bisque. The clam chowder was very good. Overall, it was a very nice experience. The only thing that bothered me, and this has NOTHING TO DO with Delta or Delta Sky Club, were people looking at my wife and I as of we didn’t belong there. Yeah, those people were VERY OBVIOUS. I mean, we were the only brown people there, but, I had every right to be there and will ALWAYS be there. Just because of that, I’m going to keep my card.
Great bar tender, very good food options.Even the chowder was great. Very glad to have this club at my home base in Logan.
This lounge is okay, and of course I think it's worth a visit. However it's on the simpler side as far as airport lounges are concerned, with limited amenities, as is explicitly stated. So there is limited food, yet I commend the vegan and vegetarian options. Also a bar, with some nice options that are offered for free. Other options are for pay and you can download the PDF to learn about it. Besides that, it is usual. Which means sometimes the space is every occupied and some other times, as right now, 8:30 p.m., it's quite empty and nice. Remember that it is a domestic lounge. Enjoy!
I have a delta gold status and typically pay to get access to Delta Lounges. Today I have a SUPER important zoom call with my client just before the flight. I planned to be at the lounge, pay for a day pass and host a call from there. Guess what - there is no way you can do that without a platinum card. NOWHERE could I find this information beforehand and the staff did not allow me even for 30 mins. Is it Delta at all?????
It is the most dirty sky club I have ever been. The club is not children/toddlers friendly. There is no family restroom or any nursery place. The food are very bad quality. Bad for the value customers.
