They give more generous portions in comparison to other Haitian restaurants in the area and the food is fairly good and fully cooked
Lady who picked up the behind the counter are so rude... she hung up on me 3 times before I can even place my order... she has to be trained more can't deal with a customer asking questions... Trash customer services.. BEWARE WHEN USING A CARD... THEY WONT PROVIDE A RECEIPT... THE YOUNG LADY IS SCAMMING
First many Haitian restaurant at first they made their food excellent after a few years go by food get less tastier and pricey. I've been going to Denise for more then 6 yrs now for the food gets better and better & time.Best Haitian Food ever. Rice and beans with fried goat are the best in the menu also the Friday. Everything in Denise taste amazing and I can't get enough.not all Haitian restaurant can have good food like this. Denise for ever.
Worse customer service but the best food
Food is delicious! Wait time was 10-15 minutes. Better than a lot of other Haitian places.
I gave them 3 stars because the food taste good. Otherwise I would give 1 for non organized. Place your orders in advance or not , Means nothing.
Denise's Place has great food! The customer service leaves much to be desired and you've got to be very assertive to obtain the food you ordered. Several people jump in front of you in line as they come to pick up their food. Meanwhile you try to explain your order to the cashier. Once you finally get your food, though, you realize that it was worth it.
That place is ghetto. Dont go there. Just dont. I stood there 15 mns and noone asked me sa m pot pou vann. And the owner fought wth the man in front of me who had been waiting there for some time because apparently, when they told the previous customer what they had in their menu, the one behind should have listened in. I left without ordering after standing there 15 mns
I ordered a fried turkey with rice and beans, the rice had no flavor taste like it was sit in water for too long she put too much gravy over the rice and the turkey didn't look like it was fried at all. Last time I will eat there even if I'm starving.
The girl was quite rude, after I spent $55 for food and had an attitude when I asked her for an extra cup to share bouillon with someone else... other than that the food is good.. I'm in love with Haitian food!!!!!
