We arrived early on a Sunday morning, we were seated right away. Ordered and our food came out quickly too. I ordered the Ultimate Omelette, my hash browns weren’t as warm as I like, everything else was good.
Food wasn't as great compared to other Dennys. Staffs needs to work on bettering their work ethics. Ive been to Dennys with 1 waitress south lake tahoe with faster service. wouldn't recommend this Dennys. Don't order the spicy crazy sizzling skillet. The chicken breast looked like it was from a Cornish chicken. You'll be very disappointed. Lots of potatoes tho.
Just ordered for pickup and my order was completely wrong! They did not add items I ordered and paid for and added a lot of stuff I completely hate. I ordered 2 patties on my burger and no onions or jalapenos. There was only one patty and I payed extra for two. I can't stand onions or jalapenos. I did not check the order before I left because I had to wait over 30 minutes for it because they were extremely busy. I'm in town for an event and staying in a hotel near by. This place was the only place open close to my hotel. I don't plan on going there again!
We stopped on way home from zoolights. Timothy our service was the only service, and there was a d/w and cook. The tables were kept clean, the service was great, would never had thought he was by himself and food was hot.Food: 5/5
I just love the people that work here. I seem to always get Gabby, the server, and she is consistent and awesome. The food is always absolutely delicious and fresh. And this really is a very very challenging neighborhood to keep clean. Yet somehow, they manage it! Kudos to all of you!
I won't be using Denny's order/pick-up again. The app said my food was done. My boyfriend went in to get it and the waiter working had him wait 20min. The entire time our food was up on the counter getting cold and soggy. The app forced me to tip this guy. They add on a couple dollars to each item of the to-go menu as well. I paid $3.69 for a 20oz coke that had melted ice and as a result was watered down and flat. My fries were cold and soggy as expected. The ranch dip I paid $0.99 for was watered down or too runny to even stick to my fries. The patty melt was super soggy and greasy. It was all around disappointing. For two burgers, fries, and 2 drinks I paid $43. I feel absolutely, 100% ripped off. Never again. Seriously, go elsewhere. Do not get to-go orders from Denny's.
I understand that this location could get stressful but the ones who work here should remember they are getting paid to be there! Smile a little, maybe not tell the customer how much you need to do as if the customer is keeping you from doing something more important. I was going to order some food to go, but #1 nothing I wanted was available for some reason and #2 I wouldn't wanna add anything more to their plate, or God forbid get another dirty look for no reason from every server on the floor. Its okay, I'm a good tipper and i don't mind keeping that 35%. Please do try to breath and smile a little.
It was after 2am and the place was packed! It took a minute to get to our seat, but after that everything was fine. I had my usual omelette and it was amazing as always. Our server was stressed beyond salvation, but he still managed to smile and do a great job. I will be back!Food: 5/5
Arrived they had no menus that was OK. We knew what we wanted. We were shown to a table. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting for somebody to at least bring us a cup of coffee and a water. Absolutely nothing we left and went to sherries and immediately we were giving our coffee and they took our order for a menu for our food. No problems bad service at Denny’s 100%. This is the second time, I will not go back
We visited Denny's for dinner and apparently picked the right place and the right time. The service was above and beyond great and answered our questions about several menu items. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a coke and it was delicious and I can't think of anything that could have made it better. It was spot on perfectly prepared and served up fresh and hot and my soda never ran out, extremely satisfying
