The most kind caring dentist and team I’ve ever met! Literally have dental fear and usually need to be put to sleep but the patience and kindness shown to me gave me the courage to get through my exam. So grateful for such a wonderful team of people.

Multiple reschedule due to understaffed. I have been reschedule 3 times within the last year. These appointments are scheduled 6 months in advance and time has been taken off. Mind you a family of 7 goes here and these are 5 appointments that were made together and they have canceled multiple childern. This throws their cleanings off. Not to reliable

They are so patient and work so well with children. They talk them through everything , are kind and very compassionate. Very appreciative to them helping make the dentist not so scary for my kids.

Excellent customer service. The entire staff was super friendly. And the work was outstanding. I am super happy with the entire experience. I'm making Dental Connections my permanent dentist

Don't waste your time, Getting appointments at this place is like trying to get blood out of a rock and they don't give advance notice when canceling appointments either. They called me two hours before my childs appointment to tell me that they couldn't see her anymore because she was "too difficult of a patient" and they could of called me anytime during the two weeks after her first appointment to tell me this instead of waiting until the last minute. I'm sorry my child has sensory issues and other issues, Don't tell someone that you can work with them if you really can't. I had planned on taking my other kids here but I've changed my mind and I will be looking elsewhere for a dentist for them. The only reason this place even gets one star is because they at least offered me a referral to someone else.

I have been going to Dental Connections since 2013 and love the great care I receive! I ask a lot of questions and am always given through info!

Appointments are available months out and they have the practice to call 1 hour before the appointment to state they can not proceed with the appointment because a consent form needs to be filled out. That's reasonable- what makes it unprofessional is I called in at 10 am -2 hours after they opened- to ask if I needed to come in during my lunch to authorize a guardian to take in my daughter at her 3:50 pm appointment. I was informed I didn't have to, they'll simple make a note of it. I did my due-diligence to make sure arrangements were ready for my daughters appointment that I had to schedule a month out because of their tight availability this included: calling her after school program to inform them she will not be attending today, calling the school to advise them she will be picked up after school, arranging the school pick up, arranging the pickup to the dentist, and calling the dentist for guardian instructions The office offered no apology, not on the phone or when I went into the office at 4:30 pm the day of to sign the paperwork. I am understanding, an apology would have been sufficient. I didn't even get eye contact to acknowledge their fault in error after I explained to them my experience. They offered no care to rectify this. This office is not worth continuing services with, they do not offer grand services to justify this experience, lack of availability, and unsatisfactory patient care. Please mind, I've been seeing this office since I was 9! I'm 25 now, I had the choice to change, the income as well, but I liked my dentist so stuck with them. There is no worth in that commitment. It takes 1 bad face to slander a company. Did I ask for management? no, these people have no care if they believe their services are your necessity. I simply asked for transfer paperwork for me, my daughter, and my fiance who I had referred to them. I'm solving by canceling pre-scheduled appointments and connecting with a new provider. Make what you will of it.

Horrible with children. They do not take their time at all. Our daughter had to have extensive dental work that could have been prevented. Will be switching care.

PARENTS DON'T TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE EVEN IF SCHOOL CALLS, FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR. DENTAL DAMAGE IS IRREVERSIBLE AND PERMANENT

I have scheduled my daughter twice to this dental clinic to be seen. She was seen by the Dentist through her school and I received a paper to call this office to schedule a appointment. Both times I have been cancelled just to be rescheduled. This place is horrible! I would never recommend this dental place to anyone. Very unprofessional . This is not how you run a business.
