Dental Design of Arcadia

I have been dealing with bad and broken teeth for many years because of bad experiences throughout my life with dentist. I finally could no longer put off what needed to be done. On my first visit the ladies up front made me feel at ease and assured me I would be very well treated and taken care of and they were right. I had to have all of my upper teeth removed and a denture put in the doctors made me feel so relaxed and treated me like I was family. I love my new smile and will be going to do my lower teeth as well. I highly recommend Dental design of Arcadia to anyone who has been afraid to go to the dentist. They do amazing work and you truly become part of the family there

I have had great experiences in the past, and Dr. Maro has done wonderful dental work for me. However, his office staff can be incompetent and unempathetic and frankly, lack critical-thinking skills. Less than two weeks after having a repair on a dental appliance and the dentist telling me to "just come back in" if it broke again - it broke. Now I'm in pain, and my mouth is bleeding with a loose wire rubbing up against the back of my teeth. I called them as soon as I woke up to request an emergency appointment this fix would take 5 mins or less and Brenda, a receptionist, basically said I was SOL and needed to wait til their next opening the following day. I felt like she didn't hear what I said, completely dismissed me, and she didn't even check with Dr. Maro or explore ANY other alternatives to help me. I'm truly disappointed and am reconsidering continuing services here.

As a new patient, I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment, as I knew there would be forms to fill out. I completed those in about 5 minutes on an iPad. I continued to wait until my 8 am appointment time. Someone came in and was told his appointment was actually next week but they could see him today. They call him to get his cleaning done at 8 am my appt time. I continue to wait for 20 minutes after my scheduled time. Finally I get up and ask if I’m going to be seen. The receptionist tells me they are waiting on a room. I decided to leave, as I felt disrespected and unvalued. If you value your time, don’t go here, as they don’t respect their customers’ time. I came home and talked to my wife about it and she told me they did the same thing to her the previous week, she had to wait an hour to be seen. I will not be back and encourage others not to go in.

Amazing staff and Dentists. The staff work well together and I felt like I was part if a family the second I walked in the door. My appointments were scheduled with convenient times and quickly. I would highly recommend this office for any oral care needs.

I highly recommend Dental design of Arcadia 100%. Since day one they have been so welcoming and making me feel at home whenever I step in. They are the best in town. Love this place. Great super nice team. Thank you guys.

I must say Dental Design of Arcadia is a superior dental office! The care given is wonderful. I have been a patient now for over 13 years and have continued to come even with my hour drive. Dr. Maro is very personable and has taken excellent care of my teeth and gums. The improvements are amazing. Amy is a great dental hygienist and I always leave with my teeth just gleaming. The staff is very helpful and I truly appreciate everyone for their friendly service. If you are looking for a dental office, I would highly recommend Dental Design of Arcadia - they are top notch in my book.

Be incredibly wary and do not be afraid to get a second opinion. Dr. Maro lied to me about having 5 cavities, none of which showed on the X-Ray, so that I would have to get another Nightguard from him. I got a second opinion and was told that I have 0 cavities. I genuinely feel conned and cheated. Do not blindly trust this man. I would give 0 zero stars if I could.

I cannot think of a better staff than the one in place at Dental Design of Arcadia. I usually have Lindsey as the primary person I see, however, I've had several hygienists that have been super nice and friendly. The office is warm, welcoming and the friendly front-desk staff makes you feel very welcome from the beginning. Lindsey is one of my favorite people - I no longer hate going to the dentist! Dr. Maro is a terrific dentist with great manor, he is very friendly and informative, while also being very thorough. I recommend Dr. Maro and his staff to anyone who is looking for a great dentist!

The team at Dental Design of Arcadia is fantastic! I was greeted warmly on the phone and again the first time I visited the office. Each staff member I had contact with made me feel like family. They are a fully automated office so everything is highly efficient and accurate. Dr. Maro is very casual and comfortable with patients and low pressure while providing care options. My cleaning and dental treatment visits have always been completely painless. This is truly a great dental office. I highly recommend Dental Design of Arcadia!

I am not much for the dentist but everyone at Dental Design of Arcadia is so nice. They treat me like a friend and I enjoy my experience as much as a person can while getting their teeth cleaned. Dr. Louis Maro is wonderful and I have been going here for years even though I have now moved out of the area I will continue with my appointments.
