Yujun was very friendly and informative and I knew liked her as soon as she answered the phone! She makes you feel so comfortable, explains what’s going on and is a great presence in this amazing clinic. Her and Dr. T are a great team! Received a crown yesterday, and didn’t have to wear a temporary which means another appointment as Dr. T and team created my new perfect tooth, right in house. If you like a dentist with the latest technology and a knowledgeable staff, this is the place. Parking is a bit tough, but don’t let that deter you. Dr. T is a perfectionist and he’s the best dentist I’ve ever had.

Dental in Elements came through during an emergency in a way that I don’t think any other Dentist office I’ve ever been to would. I was travelling to Denver on a business trip when I experienced extreme oral pain. David Thurman and his team could not have been more professional, caring, and accomadating! When I called the receptionist had me come right over. I was very impressed. They have all the latest equiptment, and a beautiful and technology rich office. They made me feel very comfortable and at home. They took x-rays made there diagnosis and clearly expressed there findings and suggestions! They delivered wonderful care, and made certain I was comfortable every step of the way. This type of service, diligence and passion to things right you don’t find everyday. Dental Elements/Dr. Thurman is BY FAR the best for dental needs. He and his team SAVED ME from such terrible tooth pain. I needed a root canal and crown. I booked a last minute 7am Monday appointment with an hour's notice and the team was ready to go to help me out. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for the team, facility, and expertise! I am in awe that my pain is gone, my tooth is fixed, and it all happened so perfectly in 1 place. The care received is so unbelievably appreciated!

The whole staff was amazing. I called to schedule a consultation and was able to get in the following week to have 2 of my wisdom teeth extracted. Yujun and Dr. Thurman did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process.

I’ve been coming here for several years now, as they offer sedation dentistry. All of the staff are super friendly, Dr. Thurman is very knowledgeable and explains things well, and Cathy is by far the best and most gentle hygienist I’ve ever experienced.

Excellent customer experience in many ways. They do things different and better than any other dentist Ive been to. I highly recommend you try them. It’s hard to get excited about a dental team, but in this case I am.

I’ve been going to Dental Elements for close to four years and they are absolutely amazing. Kathy has been my dental hygienist from day one and she is the absolute best. Highly recommend this business! P. S. - wear your mouth guard, I promise you won’t regret it!

I was hesitant to write a review because everyone at the office was very friendly but I have seen a couple other low reviews that had the same issue I had so I think it may be a real issue. While I didn't necessarily have a bad experience, I've never felt like I was being upsold at a dentist office the way I felt at Dental Elements. Firstly, they tell you they need a credit card on file for you but didn't tell me until after they handed it back that there's a 48 hour cancellation policy and if you don't cancel an appointment within that 48 hours, they charge you $100 per hour that your appointment was scheduled for. This is an outrageously high cancellation fee, especially considering their cleanings are 2 hours long so if something were to come up and you had to cancel, they charge you $200. I understand needing to have cancellation fees but $100 per hour is robbery and excessive for no reason. Then the dentist, while very nice and thorough, was trying to sell me on procedures that just felt....unnecessary. While there were certainly things that other dentists have told me before, there were also things that no dentist has ever told me I needed to be worried about in my life. I know that dentists try to be more proactive/preventative but I have gone to a lot of dentists in my life and he was bringing up things that I have never been told before and am almost positive if I got a second opinion on, any other dentist would tell me I didn't need to worry about. While the facilities were nice and everyone was extremely friendly, I just didn't feel right when I got home and, upon looking at the lower rated reviews, realized that my concerns were not unfounded.
